What is the consensus #1 problem in leadership today?

I’ll answer it for you in the next 3 minutes!
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of spending the majority of my time abroad. It’s been an interesting time as I write to you now from Manila Bay in the Philippines. While intermittent consciousness, dreaming, and "shock and awe" have all been partners, mostly what I thought I knew, was a limited version of naiveté.
While along this path, I’ve had the opportunity to work with great clients from around the world, who have helped teach me most of what I’ve needed to learn.  The process continues, gratefully.
For the past 3 years, after launching my Book @F-L-O-W, I’ve sought to create a postmodern leader development process for those people that have begin to run into walls of (mis)understanding about how they are in the world.

NEVER has there been a time where leadership demands are so "big."
