What is the consensus #1 problem in leadership today?

I’ll answer it for you in the next 3 minutes!
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of spending the
majority of my time abroad. It’s been an interesting time as I
write to you now from Manila Bay in the Philippines. While
intermittent consciousness, dreaming, and "shock and awe" have
all been partners, mostly what I thought I knew, was a limited
version of naiveté.
While along this path, I’ve had the opportunity to work with
great clients from around the world, who have helped teach me
most of what I’ve needed to learn.  The process
continues, gratefully.
For the past 3 years, after launching my Book @F-L-O-W, I’ve
sought to create a postmodern leader development process for
those people that have begin to run into walls of
(mis)understanding about how they are in the world.

NEVER has there been a time where leadership demands are so
Turmoil around the world has sensitized almost anyone and
everyone to the ideas that things are not what they used to

Complex, Ambiguous "VUCA"

I’m putting the finishing touches on a program for leader

In this intensive 3 days, I’ll show you what almost 30 years

What more than a quarter century of global developmental
coaching has revealed are a set of tools that are "different"
than what we grew up understanding and have now in most of our
